You book your video game party completing the online booking form. We contact you by phone to confirm your video game party details. You pay a deposit to reserve your party spot. (You can cancel your video game party free of charge till 2 weeks before your party date.) You will pay the balance after our game truck arrives to your place.
You print your party invitations and send them out to your guests.
Now everything is done for your video game party and you are looking forward for the party day. Your kids are excited.
What happens on the day of your video game party?
On the day of your party our game truck arrives at your location approximately 15-30 minutes early to setup. We prepare our Mobile Video Game Theater and our Game Coach welcomes your guests at the door, gives them a few instructions, the door opens and the video game party begins!
The Game Coach goes from screen to screen ensuring everyone is setup and playing. Game Coaches have a passion for gaming and their job is to provide expert advice, motivate, and manage the entire party.
There is always adult supervision inside the vehicle. Parents are welcomed to enter into Mobile Video Game Truck at any time. Kids are getting happy if they can share their video game experience with parents and play games together.
Parents can either join the fun or take advantage of the peace while our Video Game Party hosts and supervises the excitement.
Since we are on, or close to your property you can always show up to see what’s going on.
Kids will frequently run back to the house for something to eat or drink or to go to the bathroom but don’t expect them to stay long.
When the party is over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off!
