Planning a video game party and wondering how much a game truck costs to rent?
At Game Trucks GT, a standard 2-hour game truck party starts at $449 + HST. The price depends on the day of the week, your location and any optional extras you choose.
Game Truck Party Prices
Monday–Thursday – $449 + HST
A 2-hour private video game party for up to 32 players.
Friday–Sunday – $499 + HST
A 2-hour private video game party for up to 32 players.
Large Events – from $600 + HST
For schools, camps, corporate events, fairs, community events and other large groups, we offer rotation packages starting at $600 for 2 hours.
Longer event packages are also available.
What Is Included in the Game Truck Party Price?
Our regular 2-hour party includes:
- Our large, climate-controlled gaming trailer
- 8 gaming screens
- 150+ video games
- PS5, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Wii
- Up to 32 players at the same time
- A Game Coach to help players and keep the party organized
- Gaming systems, controllers and other equipment
- Free customized party invitations
- Setup before your scheduled party time
The gaming trailer is self-powered, so you do not need to provide electricity.
Are There Any Additional Charges?
Depending on your party, there may be a few additional charges.
Extra Hour – $150 + HST
Want more gaming time? An additional hour can be added to a regular party for $150, subject to availability.
Virtual Reality – $100
VR can be added to your party for $100. We provide one VR headset, and players take turns enjoying VR while the rest of the group continues playing video games.
Travel Surcharge
A travel surcharge applies to some locations depending on the distance from our regular service area.

Are Fortnite and Roblox Extra?
No. Fortnite and Roblox are available as free optional add-ons.
For Fortnite and Roblox, the customer just needs to share their Wi-Fi with us. The Wi-Fi signal needs to be strong and stable enough for online gaming, and players need to use their own game accounts.
Do I Have to Pay for Setup Time?
No. Your party time is your actual gaming time.
Our truck normally arrives 15–30 minutes before the scheduled party so we can park and prepare the gaming trailer before your event begins.
How Much Is the Deposit?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking after we confirm that your requested date and time are available.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your party.
What If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
You can reschedule your party free of charge to another available date and time.
Cancellations are free up to two weeks before the party. If you cancel less than two weeks before your scheduled party, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
