Planning a video game party is easy with Game Trucks GT. We bring the gaming trailer, games, equipment and a Game Coach directly to your location – you provide the parking space and the players.

Here’s what to expect from booking to party day.

  • We Confirm Your Party

    We’ll contact you to confirm availability and review the party details. Your date is reserved once the booking is confirmed and the deposit is received.

  • Get Ready for Party Day

    Before the party, make sure there is enough parking space for our truck and gaming trailer.

    We need about 5 car lengths (50 ft / 15 m) of clear parking space in a row, plus some additional room for maneuvering.

  • We Arrive & Set Up

    Our team normally arrives 15-30 minutes before the scheduled party time. We park the trailer, power up the gaming systems, prepare the controllers and make sure everything is ready before the players come inside.

  • Meet Your Game Coach

    Before the games begin, the Game Coach welcomes the group, helps organize the players and explains a few simple party rules. During the party, the Coach helps with games and controllers and keeps everyone playing.

  • Let the Gaming Begin!

    Players take their seats and choose from 150+ video games across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Wii. Up to 32 players can play at the same time.

  • Parents Can Relax

    Once the kids are inside and playing, parents don’t need to organize the gaming. The Game Coach stays with the players and helps keep the party running smoothly.

  • When the Party Ends

    At the scheduled finish time, we wrap up the games, pack the equipment and prepare the trailer to leave. No cleanup is required inside your home.

Deposit & Payment

A $100 deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

Fortnite & Roblox

Fortnite and Roblox are available as free optional add-ons. For Fortnite and Roblox, the customer just needs to share their Wi-Fi with us. The Wi-Fi signal needs to be strong and stable enough for online gaming, and players need to use their own game accounts.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free – simply choose any available date and time.

Cancellations are free up to 2 weeks before the party; cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the party are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
