What is a mobile video game party?
A mobile video game party is a party that comes right to your door! Our climate-controlled video game truck has 8 huge screens, PS4, PS5, Xbox, Wii and Nintendo Switch, plus around 140 multiplayer games. Up to 32 players can play at the same time.
We bring everything, including our own generator, so the gaming truck is fully self-powered. You just bring the kids – we take care of the games and the fun.
How does a gaming truck birthday party work?
We arrive about 15-30 minutes early to park and set everything up. Your gaming truck birthday party starts exactly at your booked time, so the kids get the full party time.
Our Game Coach runs the party, helps kids choose and change games, assists with the game consoles and supervises the players. Parents do not have to stay inside the Game Truck – you can relax while the kids play.
Is a game truck party only for birthdays?
Not at all! A game truck party is great for birthdays, school events, summer camps, graduations, family celebrations, corporate events, fundraisers and many other events.
We are also often invited to school fairs, festivals and large public events. For big groups, kids can play in rotations, so a mobile gaming party can work for much more than a birthday.

How many kids can play in the video game truck at once?
Our video game truck can accommodate up to 32 players at the same time on 8 huge screens.
The number playing one particular game depends on the game – some multiplayer games allow four players on one screen, while others allow fewer. With around 140 games to choose from, there is always plenty to play.
How much does a game truck rental cost?
Our game truck rental prices depend on the day of your party. We have different packages for weekdays and weekends, plus options for larger events and longer parties.

Where can I book a video game truck rental in Toronto?
We offer video game truck rental in Toronto and across the GTA. The Game Truck comes directly to your home, school, park, community centre or other suitable party location.
Travel fees depend on the location.
Do you offer a video game truck in Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and other GTA locations?
Yes! Our video game truck serves Toronto and many GTA areas, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Oakville, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa.
Sometimes we can also travel outside our regular service area, depending on our schedule. Please contact us with your address and party date and we will check for you.
How much space do you need to park the Game Truck?
We need about 7 car lengths – around 80 ft / 24 m – and about 10 ft in width to park and maneuver the truck and trailer.
Street parking is usually fine if allowed by the city. Please make sure there is no fire hydrant or parking restriction. Many clients reserve the space with their cars, garbage bins or cones and move them when we arrive.
A driveway can also work if it is at least about 5 cars long and the street is wide enough for us to turn.
We can also park at parks, plazas, churches and school parking lots with permission.
We cannot park in back lanes, because our long trailer cannot make a sharp 90° turn.
What games are available in your mobile game truck?
Our mobile game truck has around 140 multiplayer games and different game consoles – PS4, PS5, Xbox, Wii and Nintendo Switch.
Kids can choose their games during the party and change them anytime. Parents can also tell us in advance if they want to limit violent games or avoid particular games.

Can kids play Fortnite or Roblox in our video game truck?
Yes! Fortnite and Roblox are available as a free optional add-on if you can share your Wi-Fi with us and the connection is strong and stable.
Because these games need internet access, we cannot guarantee how well they will run on your Wi-Fi. We always have our full selection of offline multiplayer games ready, so the party can continue without interruption if the internet is slow.
Do you have VR in the video game truck?
Yes. We have one VR headset in the video game truck. We offer short VR experiences of about 5-10 minutes, with players taking turns.
Because there is one VR headset, VR is an extra experience during the party rather than something all 32 players can use at the same time.
What ages are best for a video game birthday party?
Our video game birthday parties are best for kids ages 6 and up, as well as teens and adults.
Children under 6 can also play, but they need to be accompanied by an adult. With many different games and game consoles available, a gaming birthday party can be fun for kids, teens and adults with different gaming skills.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
No problem – the party is inside the gaming trailer. The trailer is enclosed and climate-controlled, so kids can keep playing if it rains, snows or gets hot outside.
We operate our mobile gaming truck year-round.
Is your gaming trailer heated and air-conditioned?
Yes. Our gaming trailer is heated and air-conditioned, so we can run parties throughout the year.
The trailer is also fully self-powered with its own generator. We bring the power, game consoles and equipment with us – you don’t need to provide electricity.
Can we have food and drinks inside the Game Truck?
Sorry, no food or drinks are allowed inside the Game Truck. We host many children with allergies, so this helps us keep the gaming area clean and safe for everyone.
Kids can eat and drink before or after their gaming time.
