Team Building Through Multiplayer Gaming
Team building for kids does not always have to feel like a structured exercise.
A mobile video game party gives kids an activity they already enjoy while encouraging them to communicate, cooperate, compete and interact with each other.
Inside the Game Trucks GT gaming trailer, players can form small groups, choose games and play together across 8 gaming screens. With 150+ games available, there are options for different ages, interests and gaming experience.
Why Multiplayer Games Work Well for Team Building
Multiplayer gaming naturally creates interaction between players.
Depending on the game, kids may need to work together toward a common goal, make decisions as a team or compete against another group.
Cooperative games encourage communication and teamwork, while racing, sports and party games create friendly competition.
Players can also change teammates, opponents and games throughout the event, giving kids opportunities to interact with different members of the group.

Different Games for Different Kids
Not every child has the same interests or gaming experience – and the entire group does not have to play the same game.
With 8 gaming screens, kids can divide into smaller groups. One team might choose a racing game, another may play sports, while others prefer cooperative or party games.
Experienced gamers can find challenging games, while beginners can choose games that are easier to learn.
This flexibility makes a gaming event suitable for groups with different ages, personalities and gaming abilities.
How the Game Coach Helps
A Game Coach stays with the players throughout the event and helps keep the gaming organized.
The Coach can help kids choose games, set up controllers, organize multiplayer groups, change games and assist players who need help getting started.
For team-building events, this means teachers, camp leaders and organizers do not have to manage the gaming systems themselves.

Great for Schools, Camps and Youth Groups
Mobile gaming can work as a group activity for:
- School events
- Camps
- After-school programs
- Youth groups
- Sports teams
- Community organizations
For schools, daycares and organizations that require it, Game Trucks GT has a Game Coach with a valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC), subject to availability.
Team Building for Larger Groups
Large groups can also participate by rotating through the gaming trailer during the event.
While one group plays, other participants can take part in other activities and then switch groups. This makes the Game Truck suitable for larger school events, camps, fairs and community programs.
Game Trucks GT can accommodate up to 32 players at once, depending on the games selected.
Bring a Gaming Team-Building Event to Your Group
Game Trucks GT brings the gaming trailer directly to schools, camps, organizations and event locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.
Multiplayer games give kids a fun way to play together, cooperate, compete and share the experience with their group.
